Default Commercial real estate agent?

Is there any one real estate agent in blue ridge that specializes in selling commercial property? Recommmendations? I know its not the best time to put more property on the market.

Good questions. I wont leave the area. I love fannin county. Kids are having a blast in school, plenty of recreational opportunities for them.

I have 3 properties here and need to sell one of them soon. The fourth selling in Florida would also be good. I dont need the huge building I have so if my business property sold I could move to a much smaller building/office....I'd love to keep this dream 4x4 shop, with its rock pile and trails...in a better economy it would be easier. I've got a couple different ideas to evolve my business to work with the new economy and deal with the lack of habitat for 4x4's as the environmentalist threaten traditional trail riding areas. I'll still sell truck and 4x4 stuff but we're going to do more. For that I need capital divine guidance.. What ever sells first will indicate the way I should go.
