Why? Need one? I love the building. Safe and secure. A little noisy in our second floor apartment during a heavy rain. Really nice is that we can change anything inside the building without having to worry about the structure. I've thought about having a steel house when I get a chance. I do like the idea that its safer from lightning strikes and I suppose, forest fires, seeing as how the whole place is metal on the outside.
