Well the Family & I went to Blue jeans for some Pizza the other night during their normal Biz hours...and it was closed. Word has it it is shut down until further notice. Does anyone know why and for how long? I have heard rumors it was shut down because of poor inspection infractions from the health department. I do not know if this is true or not so I don't want to help spread rumors that I do not know to be factual. For all I know they could be open back up by now. But it was closed down last week and we did not know why? Any info on this would be appreciated.

We were there in early January and it was as good as ever. We asked that our pizza be well done and that the toppings, cheese etc. be made right to the outside edge. . . It turned out as good as any pizza that we've eaten.
I don't like the ambiance if that is the correct word. It really is very unattractive.

We look forward to our next trip to Blue Ridge. We miss our cabin.

I just called Blue Jeans and they are open! No problems. Now, I want to hear a big sigh of relief.....aaahh.

Thanks for that info Laurel. I was worried there because I do like their Pizza. I hated to think it was going to shut down or be gone forever. I wonder what happen when we were there the other night. I swear we had not been drinking and it was closed. We were not the only people trying to eat there then either. That is when i started to hear the so-called speculations as to why they were closed and the rumors. Glad to hear they are open and all is well.

Ate there about a week and half ago, actually it was a take out order. They took the order and when I got there they had a sign on the door that it was closed for a private party. I actually stuck my head in and was afraid they were going to bark at me since they were closed, but I told them I had an order and it was fine.

Pizza was good, not the best I had, but was definitely happy and would go back.
