This will be a first post for me at this forum! Thanks Kip for all of the countless hours of cyber work you do for the webcams, Blue Ridge Blog and this forum. What a great way to bring the local community together while keeping us well informed!!

I wanted to let everyone know what a GREAT performance is taking place at the Blue Ridge Community Theater weekends through September 16. "Nunsense". Of course I might be a bit prejudice due to the fact that Norma has a role in the play. But having attended both Friday night (opening) and last night, the sell-out crowds reaction and roaring laughter was proof positive that this will surely be a hit for the Theater.

Come see the show and support this vital part of our community. You had best call ahead (706-632-9223) for reservations as shows are quickly selling out.

Has anyone seen the show? Would love to read what you thought about it. It runs again next weekend so there is still opportunity. This is a phenomenal cast, and the show is sure to bring you a good laugh or two or three.... Where else can you see singing and dancing nuns!

Even with all of the brew ha ha (pun intended) regarding alcohol by the drink, and the differences of opinion on this or that topic, we are still a community. What better way to support it than to come see a show at the theater! Tickets are $15.00 per person and there is a discount for senior citizens.
