Default Blue Ridge area restaurant

Here's a suggestion for an great area restaurant - Goodfella's in McKaysville. I've been there about half a dozen times and it has always been better that I expected. Now, this is not just an endorsement. My wife and I have a cabin in Epworth and visit the area about once a month. We are continually trying out new and different places to eat and places to shop and I believe that when you happen upon a great place to eat, or just a great store, or other diversion, you should let these people know. That way the proprietors of these establishments know that they are on the right track and doing a great job. So back to Goodfella's... great food - the prime rib is to die for, great service and the price's can't be beat. When we've gone there for dinner we bring our own bottle of wine (you gotta love that!) and have salad and bread and prime rib and out the door for under $30! Great job Goodfella's - keep it up!

I totally agree with you. My Family loves that place. I have been there numerous times and have never left unsatisfied. They have the best Caesar Salad around IMO. Their Prime Rib is to die for. If you have not given it a try yet...I highly recommend that you do! 5 Stars in my book.

Here are some the best items on the menu at the Victorian House Restaurant.

The chicken salad is awesome. Also, try the wild mushroom soup and the crab quiche.

They have a great new chef, so check them out!!

Wildman PS: A great big hello to Doreen from Jim
