Default Fannin 4 lanes

Hello all,
Just wondering if anyone had seen/heard anything about the 4 laning of 5 or spur 60...I've read about it in a few places but havent seen anything of it in a long time. Those are state projects right? So not dependant on Fannin county?

Sorry if that didn't come across right. I asked "why" because I often travel along 60 (but not the spur) and never thought it was that busy. I supposed if you live on 60 (or its spur) you would likely think differently. I any case I haven't heard any word about it becoming a 4 lane. I imagine the transition would be a mess. I suppose I can skip going to Murphy for awhile.

Even I have seen enough of 5 to agree that it needs help. It will really need it if they build a laundry mat/pool hall/ sports bar w/ wireless internet palaza near HD.
