Following the count of provisional ballots, the on-premises sale of malt beverages by class A hotels, motels and restaurants, and the off-premises sale by other permittees passed by a 258-238 vote. Allowing the sale of mixed beverages in hotels, restaurants, private clubs, community theaters and convention centers was approved 251-243. The votes were made official Tuesday morning.
